I can not think of any right now. This company use to give bonuses to its lower level employees, but that ended.

Cons

This company is a joke in the way it treats it employees. I have been a part of this company for more than 10 years and not once have they paid a vacation. They treat their employees like slaves and are constantly showing signs of hostility by threatening to fire who ever has an opinion. they humiliate us and treat us like animals and after many attempts of trying to get some justice for their wrong doing we have never had any success.

Pros

The majority of the company core is comprised of experienced high achievers from the local construction industry. The atmosphere is positive, primarily due to their willingness to help you be successful, but you have to seek out their input, as they (often) cannot read your mind.

Cons

One has to constantly justify spending larger sums for newer, more productive equipment, versus utilizing their older existing inventory.
