I worked at Conduit for a little under 4 years. Here's the truth, the company pays well, the professional experience and exposure to law enforcement is great, and for the most part, agents are amazing. However, the company in and of itself is dishonest: read the OIG report on them, unprofessional, hires supervisors without the appropriate educational or experiential background, and handled by the worst HR team who allows the supervisor to schedule exclusively based on favoritism. If you can be the change or withstand the horrible company's management, then there's something to look forward to.
