      Everyone is very nice to work with

      Cons

      Cone Drive is very top heavy with management, with minimal staff. This has created an issue where some staff is overburdened with work and others are slow. Also, after Timken purchased Cone Drive, the benefits have drastically decreased without any compensation in salary
