Pros
You get a company car and gas card - that is truely the only benefits to working there. Base pay is okay - but below industry average for chemical salepeople.
Cons
No training at all - no education on the products you are selling - salespeople report to numerous supervisors who all expect different things - very secretive in regards to what is going on within company - managers will not help at all - monthly reviews are poor and you only get them once in a while - constantly being told that you will be fired from all levels above you.
