Great opportunities to move up if you work hard, friendly co-workers, down to earth management, opportunity for travel, given a good amount of responsibility, able to move horizontally between different groups (data processing, geophysics, field engineer, equipment operating), consistent work.

The company offers a flexible work schedule and very good pay. They are open to innovating and are happy to talk about any ideas you have. Management is young and fun and the occasional lunch on Friday is a great bonus. There is plenty of opportunity to move up or try different things around the company. Work is often in a variety of different places and is always challenging and interesting. The schedule actually offers more time to spend with family and do things than the normal 8-5 workday. Having a week off every two weeks is great for trips and activities. Company values are very in-line with mine. They hire the best person and do not have hiring quotas.
