Pros

Pay was not horrible for their industry.

Cons

Company is full of cliques. If you are not part of the clique of people who all worked together before being acquired by Conestoga Bank then you might as well not even work there. Very small organization so really no room for advancement.

Pros

It's a small company which usually means limited opportunities. However management is always looking to promote from within. Conestoga values creativity and innovation. They were among the first banks to offer mobile banking aps. Their Bankwerx branches are very high tech yet very user friendly. They have a masseuse come in a couple of times a year. There are catered lunches 3 – 4 times a year. Last years’ holiday party was awesome! It was a Monte Carlo Night for all employees and a guest held at a local country club. There was gambling (no real money), good food, a great DJ and fantastic prizes. Everyone that attended got a Google Chromecast.

Cons

It might take longer to get promoted here, but the opportunities are there.
