Pros
Incredible work/life balance, excellent pay structure and commission tiers, engaging co-workers that feel more like family than co-workers, and people first business model that doesn't make you feel like a telemarketer or sales shark. Management enables rather than micromanages, the leadership is very supportive, and they genuinely care, rather than "fake" care. Everyone, from clients, to candidates, to internal employees, are treated like people and adults.
Cons
The only possible downside is that the benefits are not the greatest, but they are not bad either.
