      Good amount of time off, 2 weeks on top of vacation time off, good benefits and pension, strong future outlook

      Cons

      Demanding position salaried, most will need to put in extra time without compensation, poor direction filtered down, no part time positions for advisors

      Pros

      The work/life balance culture and the benefits package are excellent! Also the strong committment to commuity involvement. They give you a higher number of paid days off than average companies and the option to take those days is very flexible. HR makes a real effort to ensure that all employees get the opportunity to contribute to decisions on changes to their policies. They offer staff mortgage rates which is a huge benefit. They also encourage volunteerism and provide paid leave time for volunteer opportunities.

      Cons

      Grown too much and there is a disconnect between upper management and employees. It is a Saskatchewan only company and therefore mobility is limited.
