I had joined CONFAI, as a fresher 7 years back. Although I had offers from other bigger companies, but my uncle who is a manager in Oracle, suggested me to join CONFAI. He told me that he had juniors reporting to him who were earlier in CONFAI. They had much better grasp of concepts and technology compared to employees from other companies. I am now a team lead in CONFAI. I have learnt a lot because confai not only trains its employees on technology but conducts lot of learning sessions for personality development and communications. They also give you opportunity to interact with clients in US and UK. My Salary is at par with my classmates in college who work in bigger MNCs. The environment is very friendly and we live like a family. All employees are encouraged to help each other.
