Cons
Sessional, part-time professors are treated like dirt and are considered dispensable despite education, experience or students reviews of performance. If you work there as a sessional/part-time employee, don't upset anyone. Its full-time employees are clicky, and a good portion are arrogant. Most "fluff" classes and some important classes are taught by unqualified professors that are just one class ahead of you. Don't go here with the hopes of becoming full-time, they'll string you along but it won't happen!
