      Pros

      I come from Related Management where I was not appreciated, overworked and underpaid. I decided to step out on faith and come to Conifer. I don't regret anything and i'm grateful i took that leap of faith. Conifer is great, I love my staff, we work hard to achieve our goal as a team, where there are no I's.

      Cons

      The con would be the bad rating that you read about Conifer. It's what you make it, if you love what you do then you will be a great asset. You will find your career, when you find your passion. That's the difference. This isn't my job its my career. Step out on faith and join Conifer, the winning team!
