This company is based on false promises which they do at the time of job offer but after joining the company they are assigning resources on a new project which is totally crap and there is no process streamline. At the time of hiring their stance was that we are working for fortune 500 companies but after hiring they assigned me to the worst ever project where everyone is trying to get rid of the project. They are just hiring people and assigning them to a new project and after some time people are getting fed up and resigning HR and Admin departments are pathetic and they don't fulfill promises made at the time of hiring. Upon asking them to fulfill all the promises their reply was we have some financial problems going on with the bank and they did not compensate at all. A lot of internal politics going along with favoritism and only those people are getting promoted who involve in politics. Not recommended at all for senior people.

For the initial days, it was a change for me and it looked great, but when I was assigned to some typical type of people, I had my bad days start. This is what I observed there, Hypocrisy at its peak. Especially for the team, I worked for. They would say, you need to do this and that to make the customer happy, but when it comes to their side, nothing will change. It was a disastrous life for me, especially the last three to four months. I was working for more than 10 H even while WFH, was going on. I had panic attacks. The inner story is: Confiz is full of incompetent people, especially on the upper level, just because of loyalty many people have been promoted to senior post and they no nothing other than coding, no skill of people development, nothing, all they want is to make the management and customer happy. Some incompetent people, when they see you doing better than them, would drag you to their level, especially when they are in a senior position than yours, now, you are left with two choices, either you come to their level and compete or you have your own way, and mine was the second option, that I selected and I am happy about it. I wouldn't consider the whole company as bad, there are some people who are constantly trying to make things better, if you go there, just hope that you don't go into a team managed by typical mindset people, only then you will nourish truly.
