Pros

State-of-the-art multi specialty practice that brings the latest in healthcare standards to underserved people throughout much of their rural region. They are justifiably proud of the service they provide. Latest equipment, including Epic EMR, and the technical support to go with it. Generally willing to implement equipment and even procedural changes to optimize patient care.

Cons

Highly systematized, long chain of command, considerable variability in managerial competence between departments, very little positive feedback to individuals, often competitive, deaf to corporate shortcomings, often grinds up and spits out mid level providers and isn't too gentle with new docs after honeymoon wears off. Regimented, starched shirt, by-the-book, arrogant, somewhat heartless.

Pros

The surrounding area is nice.

Cons

Secretive management. All about the money. Can't maintain staffing, though there's a nursing school down the street. Deeply divided politically over the vaccine, encouraged by management and physicians. Unvaccinated treated poorly by other staff.

Pros

Largest employer in the Chelan County. On-Site cafes and bistros. Get to know everyone in town.Yearly BBQ. Yearly Golf Tournament. And they will gladly never fire anyone no matter how terrible. Just show up and collect a check and you are good for your career.

Cons

After the Doctors and Executives take their bonuses, and the Unions grab their small slice, nothing is left over for the regular workers. A cost of living raise is considered a true raise. Better off going to fast food as the employee discount on food covers only taxes and the food prices are double what they should be to begin with. You get to work with a lot of sub par employees because no one is ever let go.
