I've had the chance to take on many new challenges, learn new position, and really push myself. My direct leader and executive team genuinely care about my success and haven't held my failures against me. This company never makes me feel stuck - I have a lot of autonomy over my position and department, and I've been motivated and challenged to try different things and find new ways to innovate and lead. The people here make all the difference - the majority are super supportive, collaborative, and easy to work with.
Cons
Expectations and standards can be high which is an excellent thing for someone who thrives in that kind of environment but can be challenging if you're looking for something more laid-back.
