No longer the industry leader. Some of the state managers have trust issues with their team and take it out on the sales team. No support for staff when bullied.

there is a particular staff member that has been with the company for many years and believes this is an excuse to be blatantly rude and bully other staff members who are relatively new. She is known to gossip and spread misinformation. I informed my manager and she told me management were aware but they let her get away with it all the time. She is unbearable and obviously so unsatisfied with her own life she needs to take it out on others. I am appalled that they have promoted this person too, it goes to show the company values are not as ethical as they state.
