Pros

The work you get to do is interesting and means that you quite quickly have lots of responsibility and opportunity to make a difference. The culture is good and genuinely good people to work alongside. The SLT at Confused.com brand level seem supportive and genuinely interested in the success of staff and business..... Feedback is given regularly across the brand in updates and projects are celebrated/shout outs given. If you can handle the pace, you will find yourslef doing very interesting work and developing your career quickly - if you want a job will lots of processes to follow and massive teams around you, it won't be for you.

Cons

Confused.com has been through immense change the past 3 years which took a while to settle into merging into part of a bigger group, but has seen improvements over the last year so seems to be taking on feedback from teams in the business.
