Excellent working culture, Option to work with different Customers / Projects / Technologies, Excellent team bonding, Policies which are more employee focused

Cons

No clear vision on the growth plan (example – venture in Product development or not ?), High dependency on few customer (not able to add new large accounts in past few years), Interdepartmental conflicts
