      Overall benefits are decent as recently improved.

      Lacks overall direction. Seems like ownership does not agree on priorities for engineering and sales teams.

      Pros

      Upper management is constantly helping you to grow and develop as a professional. Even if you are a lower level employee your opinions and thoughts are considered and encouraged. Most places I've worked in the past you were not respected in that way. It's also a fun place to work, my colleagues are always positive and fun to be around. Overall, I'm thrilled to be working here!

      Cons

      I will say that there is a lack in knowledge around benefits such as 401k, 401k match, or coverage questions, for the HR team. I often have questions and am always directed to the HR services company.
