Pros
Prime location for an autoplex. A large volume of cars are sold every week, so if you are a salesman, there is a large opportunity to make good money off of commission. Most salesman and sales managers are very friendly. There are many opportunities for internal advancement between the 4 dealerships (Honda, Hyundai, Toyota, Nissan). Being that there are 4 different car dealerships all owned by Conicelli, as a salesman, you can sell cars from either of the 4 dealerships, rather than being restricted to one dealership.
Cons
Virtually no opportunities to obtain a raise with your current position. Hours can be long.
