Pros

I made some great friends. Made me grateful for the job I have now. Even a bad day doesn't compare to a normal day at Conisus.

Cons

Oh Conisus, Envision, S-Phase...whatever you call yourselves these days. Where to begin. My advice to anyone looking to work here is to do it if you are ready to look for something else after a year, or just need a job to hold you over until you find something better. This company has dug itself in a hole it will unfortunately never get out of until they bring some experienced management or consulting company to come in and re-org everything. Over worked and under paid. You are basically a pharmaceutical rep's puppet and they can never be wrong. The verbal abuse, finger pointing, last minute ridiculous requests such as send me 100 invites by tomorrow at 5 p.m. are ok. You will come to work everyday with at least 50 emails in your inbox. There is no backing by management because no one backs them. Mangement's outlook on the poor pay and lousy bonus is "be thankful you have a job". They require a bachelor's degree so it is pretty sad they can run down their employees as if the position is entry level. We are reminded to work hard to get a bonus, yet the bonus is a measly $200. Meanwhile upper management is driving brand new BMW's, Porsche and Audi SUVs. There are people who will stay there forever because they have stayed too long that their skill set is garbage they won't be able to be a manager anywhere else. There are a little over 100 employees, yet you will know no one except your cube mates. There is no team building, no company outings, no even a holiday party. The dress is casual and by that I mean if you wan to wear the clothes you wore out on Saturday night in Vegas go ahead, you might be promoted to a manager if you do.

Office Politics = Middle School Drama

Pros

The location of the office is great...pretty easy to get to and near major interstates. The office building itself is nice--no major perks but close enough to Coffee and other food joints. I have met some truly great people in my time here but unfortunately they never stick around. This could be a good fit for you, if you are a temp worker and just need a 3 month assignment; because you can get in and out in 8hrs with little interaction with upper management.

Cons

The office politics are juvenile and highly unprofessional. There is a select group who make ALL decisions behind closed doors. If you are a YES person, will devote your entire existence to making them more money, don't know any better and are comfortable in a puppet role...then you will do GREAT! If you have any job (or especially business) experience....you will get frustrated fairly quickly and find yourself banging your head on the proverbial glass ceiling. They have not successfully been able to retain any quality, qualified managers so most of them are people that started here right after college (and just managed to stick it out a couple years). No experience out in the real world and definitely no experience managing clients or staff. There is a lot of gossip, backstabbing and manipulation that truly muddle what is normally a fun, fast paced evolving industry. The company is stuck in a past decade with their IT systems, business model and practices. If you have an established, successful career or are looking for a company that will open doors for you... this is not the place for you.

Pros

You learn an ample of experience in such a small time in logistics, compliance with pharma govt health codes, and interacting with a variety of personalities.

Cons

Every bad thing posted in the reviews are true. I looked at this site after a month and realized they are describing exactly how it is. The pay is crap to the amount of work you have to do. Super understaffed, and with superiors who are ignorant to the problems or too scared to make changes. They have unreal expectations with the amount of work you have to do. As a woman, you have too many women in this place, the office politics are Pathetic
