Pros

The company logo looks pretty cool.

Cons

Connance is a very dull Business. The top and bottom line growth isn’t impressive at all. The financial woes of this company boil down to one issue; a dearth of technological innovation. Management does not entrust employees with the power to innovate. The end result is a software product with huge deficiencies in terms of scalability because it relies on a technology stack from 2007. In addition to not fostering innovation, the culture sadly has few safeguards for emotional abuse. Emotionally abusive behavior from managers can go unchecked. The CEO, with his boorish personality and lack of understanding and respect for software technology, deserves all the credit.
