      - Very interesting technical challenges, that few companies in Cluj have. - A lot of good developers from where you can learn a lot no matter your level - Nice company culture - A lot of events, good communication and you fell like everyone is in the same boat - Open-minded for new technical tools and ideas, that you can actually implement if you are willing to put some extra effort.

      Cons

      - Stressful - everything is needed now. - In my last year the quality had to suffer in order to move faster.
