The company treats it's employees very well and encourages growth and development. Management is receptive, they listen to any employees concerns and gives plenty of support when needed. Lots of great colleagues.

Cons
Not much really, salaries although decent, are not on the high end of the spectrum. However, the work/life balance and company culture makes up for this.
