Pros
Strong, growing company. Good place to work if you want a lot of autonomy and collaboration with team members and the ability to work on different projects.
Cons
Very demanding clients and projects with deadlines that mean a heavy workload and need to be able to manage big personalities both inside and outside the company. I've worked there for a while and have seen the team grow a lot and the management grow a lot.
