      Good starting salary, but poor treatment for long-term employees

      Pros

      If you are new to the company salary is good. If you have been there for years you will be underpaid as minimum raises.

      Cons

      Micromanaged. Unethical. Only focus is sales. Decisions that make 0 logical sense for sales or patient benefit. People who have never worked in clinic trying to tell you what to do. If clinicians lie to patients or third parties for sales they will not be investigated but if you do everything correct and are not meeting KPIs you will be looked into.

      Zero. Constant micromanagement. Only support from a manager that has no experience in the medical field of hearing. Constant sales push. Price changes.
