upper management constantly changes procedures and rushes change but like a bad game launch the bugs arent ironed out but they rush even with bugs as sales orders need met.
toxic management style of upper management struct on kpi of warehouse but the sales team is allowed to not even make 50% of their salss targets and no write ups for them.
