The atmosphere in the office, is very much a bullyish culture The CEO is manipulative, arrogant and gaslighting. He will encourage nasty behaviour to make someone feel sad They will sack you in an instant, without a disciplinary - it's not safe. If you did have a disciplinary, the whole office would know about it afterwards.
