      Somewhat relaxed atmosphere, ability to learn about the local neighborhoods, and passionate staff.

      Cons

      Hyperlocal newspaper has limited budget. While it covers stories and news that major periodicals do not, there is regular employee turnover.

      Hole stuck in the past batman! Nothing is digitized. They still use a paper system. Maddening.
