      Decent pay I guess if i had to pick something?

      -Noone spoke at work -Many "rules" to follow, I felt like I was in jail -Horrible benefit package -Everyone was like walking zombies -No training so it leaves you feeling clueless

      The only reason the salaries are above average s so that the owners (The Cooks) can control you!

      Cons

      There are too many cons to list! The owners are very manipulating and controlling. They trust no one not even each other. There are cameras over every section of the building (except the restrooms because that would be illegal). Even though you are a salaried employee, they make you punch a time clock and will only pay you for the hours you work. This is illegal for a salaried employee. It is blatantly obvious that the owners treat their Production employees like 2nd class citizens.

      Fine place to work if you enjoy being on a leash. Expect compensation if you want to be an informant.

      Cons

      With spies and cameras in place, a very uncomfortable work environment. No one is trusted an the owners enjoy firing people. So expect a revolving door as an employee with your so called career.
