      Pros

      Supportive, team environment. Flexible, caring, and are truly supportive of everyone. The owners work right alongside of you and only want to improve the lives of all that are involved with connections, not just the individuals that we are working with but also the employees. We are asked all the time if we need any support or help. This is a great place to work and for anyone with kids this job truly allows flexibility to ensure that family is still prioritized.

      Cons

      If you do not love learning new things or the challenge of problem solving, then that would be a con.

      -Flexible schedule, own your own schedule -Management supports each employee no matter their title and tries hard to have a great cohesive work environment -Working from home and no day is the same typically -Connections pays well, opportunities for growth within the agency, they provide benefits and a generous vacation allowance -Open door policy with management who are always willing to get down in the trenches with their employees and assist them in the field

      Cons

      Honestly I have been with this company a few years and have worked for other agencies and feel hands down they are the best case management company in Indiana . There are downsides to this job for sure. Lots of paperwork, you must be technology savvy, and at times this job can be very stressful with a lot of deadlines. But I love this job.

      Pros

      Connections cares about doing the right thing for the individuals they serve as well as their employees. Very family oriented, hybrid work environment, and caseload coordination is great as far as location and balance. Great supportive management team! PTO is encouraged and self care is encouraged. TRUE work life balance is encouraged.

      Cons

      It is not a 100% work from home job, just by nature of the job. The CMs are based out of their homes but are required, by the state, to visit at least every 90 days.
