- depending on the project you get involved with, you may find yourself with a lot of freedom of decision regarding your tasks - management is all right with remote work, depending on the project - healthcare and other benefits - good HR support

Cons

- CC acts as a third party between you and the client you work for, management communication can become tricky and company identity, together with their guidlines, really blurred - no bonuses - depending on the type of project, you may end up with more responsibility compared to the salary
