There is no focus on employee well-being and what it is like to work in the facilities. Senior leadership is woefully out of touch with the real word in the facilities. There is a fear of moving out under-performers. There is no consistency and no oversight into favoritism. Several leaders are overtitled and set up for failure There are way too many priorities, and nothing ever gets completed on time

Nepotism at its finest. Upper administration promotes their friends either externally or within who are often unqualified and do not have the experience. They are abusive to the staff and micromanage all employees without knowledge of what the job entails. Change procedures rapidly without training those affected by it.
