      Pros

      Small but mighty agency. The talent here is unmatched. The work is interesting and you gain a lot of valuable first hand experience that's helped shaped me as a marketing professional. The cherry on top for me is the people I get to work with (both internal and on the client side). They care about you and hold you accountable to be the best that you can be.

      Cons

      As is most agencies, it's fast-paced and requires you to go deep and be open to learning. If that's not your thing, you're probably not going to enjoy working here.

      We have built a strong team delivering great work for longstanding clients over the past 10+ years, so longevity and stability are a plus. One of the most important things for folks to know joining our team is that hard work and perseverance are rewarded as evidenced by our tenured leadership team who have been with us for 6+ years. We do reward performance and great work.

      Cons

      It is fast paced here and our work requires a lot of strategic thinking, so folks who are looking for a slower pace/easier job probably would not be successful on this team.

      Pros

      The owners and leadership team genuinely want you to succeed. They're mindful of your mental health, encourage you to flex your creativity, open to ideas, flexible with your personal life and are just overall good people. The workspace is thoughtfully designed around creatives with all the small luxuries and the daily team lunches were not only complimentary but a chill time to relax and chat it up with the team. Compensation is competitive, I was given a clear path for advancement, and the experience gained working with diverse clients across multiple mediums was invaluable to me. Highly recommend Connective!

      As with any agency, workload in general can be challenging and managing timesheets can be daunting so dialing in on your time management skills will be critical.
