Pros

Work from home policy is very helpful

Cons

CEO will only acknowledge those in his clique. He will not say hello to you unless he sees value in you or if you are a good looking woman. My manager at the time would never call me back, and when he did, he would only give me 5-minutes of his time. Any concerns or complains I had, my manager would ignore. If I brought in a good recommendation, his sales person would pass my idea as his. I worked my tail off for this company and I was treated in a diminishing and unprofessional way since the last merger with PSKW. The current CEO has no direction and he did not understand the products at all. I would recommend the company for someone starting their career. I would NOT recommend ConnectiveRX to someone looking to advance. Trust me you will be miserable knowing that you are underpaid while those stuck in the CEO's butt are making 6 figures. Run away!

Pros

I can't even think of one.

Cons

I worked for CRx since before it was CRx. I had high hopes for the vision of the company. However, that faded very quickly once the CEO brought in the executive/management team of outsiders that knew nothing about the operations, systems or people. Thing is they really did not want to know. Their objectives were for their own personal gain. How they can make themselves look good by cutting cost or how to sell the company for a profit. They should have looked out how to eliminate obstacles that were hindering the massive growth the company was going through. Instead of adding more resources and updating the systems to handle the growth, they expected the current employees to work harder longer hours not caring about work/life balance. They treated employees like machines instead of human beings. It became like a prison. Management decided, when things were not going good for them, to place the blame on the regular employees to buy them more time. The culture took a huge turn as management disregarded the employees that knew the business inside and out and replaced them with more outsiders. This backfired on them and the company is falling apart. The systems are poor and the employees are overworked. Their clients should really audit them because they are hiding behind smoke and mirrors.
