      Another layoff this time with a warning at least

      Pros

      I was part of the "Good old boy club" it was great pay for doing practically nothing. My boss loved me and we formed a great relationship even taking our spouses on trips

      Cons

      We would talk our terminated employees to come back and work local when we needed them. We would then lay them off. It was a good thing my boss warned me of the next big layoff.
