      Pros

      Remote, unlimited PTO (that you struggle to take)

      Cons

      - No diversity - Unprofessionalism (mostly the CEO) - No good team-players - Bad communication skills (an important con since they're remote) - Hiring people in Leadership roles without experience - No onboarding whatsoever - No clear process on anything - No one owns projects, they just want someone else to do the job

      Pros

      I quitted my big tech company job and joined Connectly this year. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made. My colleagues at Connectly are all very friendly and we are all passionated about building great products for our users.

      Great Company X Great Engineers

      Pros

      - Great leadership team that really understands our market segment and how to iterate quickly. - Every engineer is ridiculously talented and I've been able to grow my skills beyond machine learning and high-performance computing by working with the broader team. - Everyone in the company is always in a good mood and happy to be here. I think this is often underrated, but it actually makes a huge difference for me personally.

      Cons

      We are growing very rapidly and have to juggle existing customers while onboarding new customers. However, the excitement of rapid growth makes the hard work worth it.
