Pros
Roll has good flexibility with the ability to work full from home apart from when you are out on the road seeing clients and winning new business. Wonderfully colleagues to work with in your team and across other departments.
Cons
Business turns a blind eye/ is unaware for some unknown reason some of the issues faced with middle management.
