Pros

None. The company is disgusting.

Cons

HR senior management is vile, loud and obnoxious and only one way of doing things. The team leaders micromanage and belittle everyone. HR Senior management team is not focussed on managing, just themselves. Found them to be rude and arrogant, and on occasions personally insulting, if you try to put any point of view across that differs from theirs then you'll be ignored or managed out.

Lovely group of colleagues that I worked with directly

Cons

Micro managed through everything. Stating emails and calls like you work in a call centre?! Higher management in HR will never admit they are bias but will manage out or just ignore you if they don't agree. Prime example of if your face fits is one of the team leaders just happens to be the directors cousin. The main HR big boss believes giving up his football or squash clubs are the same as women having to give up time with their children when returning to work and stated in a department meeting that if you want to succeed you need to sacrifice time at home. If you speak out about low pay or poor benefits your seen as a problem. Again we all sat through a meeting where by we were told all about the benefits we receive- healthcare if we pay for it, money off when we buy gift cards and a cycle to work scheme. Also should mention the meeting at the start of the year we were all called into a meeting where by we are told that 56£ million profit isn't enough for the buisness and therefore no one gets a payrise (to clarify the teams are on A LOT less than the branch staff)

Pros

The job is attractive with an initial average 25k base salary however this will be reduced (19k actual base) and a “top Up” of wages. This is only temporary thigh

Cons

Horrific micromanaging Shouting / loud / aggressive environment the entire day Forced to take part in office “games” such as battle chairs where you are made to stand an work until you book a valuation, if you don’t comply you are reprimanded and publicly shamed for it. Commission is played with every month and the figures are always wrong Bonuses can be taken away from you without reason Overtime does not exist Minimal annual leave (when you’re allowed to use it) Inappropriate communication with the office by both genders
