The management level consistently hid crucial information from their employees, resulting in a lack of transparency and trust throughout the organization. One of the most frustrating aspects of this company was the complete disconnect between management and their team members. It seemed like they had no clue about the work being done by their subordinates. Instead of providing guidance and support and valuing employees' feedback, they focused more on withholding information. The lack of transparency within the organization was alarming. Important decisions were made behind closed doors, leaving the rest of us in the dark. When we asked for clarification or updates, we were met with vague responses or simply ignored altogether. It was clear that the management had no interest in keeping their employees informed or involved in the decision-making process. The absence of an open and honest work environment fostered an atmosphere of distrust and confusion. Furthermore, the management's self-indulgent exclusive parties were a slap in the face to hardworking employees. While they revelled in their hefty bonuses, the rest of us were left feeling unappreciated and undervalued. It was demoralizing to see the stark contrast between management's rewards and the lack of recognition for the team members' efforts which made the projects successful. In conclusion, this company's management style is a prime example of what not to do. If you value transparency, effective leadership, and fair treatment, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for employment opportunities.

Connex has lot to offer in contact center technologies. They work with big clients and you will be able to get exposure and best practices. Team is supporting and has good professional environment. Will definitely recommend when you are starter and looking for learning experience to start with. Overall good experience.

Cons

Compensation is not at high end.

I enjoyed working at Connex for the past few years. It's a contact center solutions company with a knowledgeable team, working from home mostly and very flexible working hours, but has a fast-paced work culture. If you're self-motivated and eager to contribute, you should success there. Some team members work on multiple projects and new technologies each month, while others stick to the same support work for years without much growth. Personal motivation plays a significant role in feeling a sense of progress. The people at Connex Telecommunication are pleasant to work with, although many of them are typical "dev nerds" who are quiet and focused on their own work. However, they are willing to help if asked and are enthusiastic about debugging and handling production incidents for you. The company also organizes team building events like BBQ, Volleyball and etc, and some members drink a lot. As a consulting/PS company, you could get numerous opportunities to work on exciting projects for diverse customers. You'll encounter a wide range of technologies and have the chance to expand your skill set and knowledge, making each day at work stimulating and rewarding. Overall, company is good for those interested in a fulfilling career in the contact center industry, particularly if you're passionate about building chatbots, conversational voice system and AI automation tools to enhance self-service efficiency.

Cons

Fast-paced environment may not suit everyone. Weekend on-call may be required depending on the team.
