Temporary role with poor growth and low pay

Decent, VERY TEMPORARY entry-level position for those with no other options
Cons
Salary not equivalent to workload; very niche product with concepts not transferable to other IT-related jobs; no salary increase with "promotions" (lateral moves only for the first year); very steep learning curve as no IT-Related concepts apply to the product; culteral differences cuase for disrespect to be overlooked; will not communicate properly if they decide to not like you as a person; garbage shift rotation: 12-hour overnight shifts by yourself are done a month at a time; so much time committed to learning product that learning inductry standard concepts are next to impossible as brain is fried by then; no real growth within this company. Take the job if absolutely no other option, but leave as soon as possible as you will soon realize it is nothing they advertise it to be.
