Pros

The best part about working here is the people. Everyone is approachable, collaborative, and genuinely wants to see each other succeed. Leadership is supportive, open to feedback, and encourages professional growth. The culture is inclusive, positive, and team-oriented, which makes day-to-day work both enjoyable and motivating.

Cons

Work can get busy at times (like anywhere), but the supportive environment makes it manageable. Recent changes have left some feeling unrest but I believe the ship is starting to steady and find ground again.

Flexible to an extent - benefits are ok. Most people are nice

Cons

Toxic, poor senior leadership team, constant blockers when due pay rise or promotion, always an excuse as to why. Constant false and empty promises. Overall toxic environment because of the poor leadership from SLT.
