-Good cop/bad cop with leadership- manager - (previous) owner-
-Annual raise: Agreed then delayed raise, sent reminder agreed then delayed again and finally said no.
-Individual transparency and communication with manager was poor if something was wrong.
-Cheated out of year end bonus- about $15k; customer concession was pulled from my margin without my approval; margin was shy of my $1.4M goal. Goals were to pay out small amounts at 50%, 75% but majority at 100% (nothing for hitting 98%)
-Little career opportunities if you already have tenure.
