Pros

Tea, Coffee provided. Good for someone getting their foot into the door of the business to business world or business to consumer world.

Cons

50+ people were recently made redundant. Business strategy is erratic at best and lacks a lot of focus, they are in survival mode and unsure on their positioning and place within the market. Platform is outdated for the modern enterprise, has stack in SMB businesses but it is priced too high for this market. Middle management have no experience in managing and motivating a team, morale is down across 90% of front office staff as a result and there is high attrition as a direct result. Common client feedback is the inability to create action from the insights Connexity offer.

Pros

There are not many pros to work in this company, probably: -Awesome benefits -Relax culture

Cons

-No future as the company is competing with giants such as Google, and their product is in really bad shape. -No transparency in communication between investor, management, and employees -No visibility of the future business direction and product direction by the employees -C level executives won't hesitate to lie

Pros

Innovative and friendly environment Agile work practices Offers flexible work practices and good work/life balance Recent changes via the aquisition offers a lot of opportunity A lot of social events Staff are recognized for good work Managers care about our development and offers a career path. I've seen several people being promoted to more senior in the year I've been working there who deserved it. Since we've left Experian, we seem to be working with a lot better technology and are even offered macs! The opportunity to work with big data and developing our own products is a big plus. Management decisions don't take as long as larger organizations.

Cons

The recent changes with our aquisition have been unsettling for some of our team. It will take time for this to settle.
