Took away unlimited pto took away commissions base structure, misleading ads and expect to sell people on it, Tom is horrible and will find any reason to fire you. Sell sell by any means even it means going against compliance you say no I will remain complaint they will knit pick a call and say they would do this but they do not take calls Or deal with people daily to say that it’s what they would do cause you will use it and still won’t work so maybe knowing what Clients are calling for lies that are advertised maybe be honest with leads. Don’t over work don’t change pay bonus on a whim or illegally run far away from this place it’s vile

-They change company policies at the drop of a hat i.e. unlimited pto is gone, commissions changes, and there is no employee manual its been being edited over a year and a half so they can make the rules up as they go. -revolving door with people being fired every other month while they brag about also hiring. - They only care about sells by any means necessary. -They don't seem to do their own marketing outside of a youtube channel which means agents have to rely on horrible leads that lead to professional licensed agents being called scammers and liars. - if they can't help you they will ignore you outright ignore any question you ask in slack. -all the people in leadership are friends seems very much if one of them doesn't like you count your days environment
