Where to begin, Project management was consistently stumbling with mistakes and on site coordination. Poor sub pool Subcontractors overloaded with CO's and new scope that is out of their skill set. Nonpayment to subcontractors creating challenges for in field management during the construction process and whilst trying to close out. Lack of human resources team which endorses alcoholic, drug abusing, racist and sexual harassment. Multiple encounters of project management, who are scarcely on site, engaging in loud, swearing engulfed arguments amongst subs or CLIENTS!
