Pay is ok, job is not difficult, company is stable, it's tough to get fired (like you have to do something dishonest or really stupid)

Cons

Pay is not balanced, lots of turn over and staffing issues ALWAYS.. Things could be more streamlined and uniform across all the locations, being so tough to get fired- there's no real drive for people to win so u have a bunch of underachievers that you have to rely on

Learned a lot about many different kinds of cars. Also learned that I DO NOT want to do this as a career.

Cons

Pay is horrible, co-workers are mean and don't care about anyone else. Managers are off the street and come and go every few months. Stupid polices and do not adapt with the times.
