Great learning opportunities, especially around Salesforce Cloud and related technologies. Exposure to real-time projects that help build strong technical and functional skills. Supportive colleagues and chances to grow if you are self-driven.
Cons
HR practices felt unprofessional at times decisions like team dinners were based on personal preferences rather than team inclusivity. Exit formalities were not handled well; many employees didn’t even have proper exit interviews. Basic employee needs and concerns were often ignored, leaving many feeling unheard. High attrition over the last two years, which could be reduced with better HR focus.
