Medium sized company with family-like atmosphere. Still has benefits of small companies and almost no cons of bigger ones yet. Flat management style, good working environment. Modern office, short Fridays, business trips. Excellent work/life balance.

Cons

A bit limited possibilities for career growth (mostly depends on project/customer).
