I have worked at Consider for almost 8 months and within that period of time, I have been given the option of going to training events with both Facebook and Google. Working at Consider Digital is a great place for growing both personally and socially. They strive towards building a place where we need to work together across different departments.

Cons

I do think the office needs an upgrade in terms of design

Pros

Great team consisting of talented people from around the world. I found the management structure to be conducive to my workflow; I encountered no micromanagement. Employees are supportive and talented. People's work ethic is admirable as well. Great perks too: friday meetings!

Cons

Projects can get overwhelming sometimes, overall it is a wonderful experience.
