- Fantastic commission scheme - Flexible working hours - Some genuinely great people - Facilities

Cons

- Board of Directors offers no direction, refuses to accept problems and resolve them. - Staff turnover. - Blame culture. - Lack of transparency and communication. - Lack of direction and strategy. - Refusing to address inappropriate behavior amongst senior members of staff; problems are ignored purely because the offending party is profitable. - Lack of career progression. The people in management are established employees and there is no room for any more.
